Introduction
Introduction
All children preparing for their sacraments at St. Michael's School and through our after school sacramental programs attend family faith formation sessions, retreat days and celebrate their sacraments together.
Children enrolled at St. Michael's School undertake formation for their sacraments through school programs in partnership with our parish.
Children attending schools other than St. Michael's School are invited to undertake formation for their sacraments through our after school program.
Please find the 2025 Sacramental Program Dates in the adjacent document. St Michael's Parish Ashburton is currently seeking to enrol students for our 2025 Sacramental Programs for Reconciliarion and First Holy Eucharist.
Childrenand parents are required to attend all Sacramental Formation sessions leading up to each of the sacraments. It is also expected that children and parents will attend regular weekend Mass, especially in the period of formation for the Sacraments. Enrolement forms can be found under each Sacrament's page.
